WE ARE IN....??
Crescent City, CA!
From Ukiah, we headed North on highway 101 through the town of Willits, otherwise known as the gateway to the Redwoods and a 30 mile stretch of road called "Avenue of the Giants". Weather for the first half day was beautiful. However, after the Redwoods when we continued North on highway 101, the winds began to pick up as the temperature dropped drastically. By the time we got to Crescent City, we were wind driven and uncomfortably cold!
